Hearing for Building Value’s very own David Rich and Chris Miday on green demolition and deconstruction. They will be joined by Andrew Reynolds, Environmental Planner with RA Consultants, LLC, for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.

The Hamilton County, Ohio Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is embarking on one of the largest works projects in the County’s history. Project Groundwork is MSD’s plan for addressing a Federal consent decree and reducing or eliminating sewer overflows into local creeks and rivers.

Building Value is teaming up with US EPA and MSD on the removal of approximately 75 buildings in the corridor where an urban waterway- fed by stormwater that will be separated from nearby combined sewers- will flow when the project is completed in 2018.
