Parking
Parking is available in the rear of the building, and is accessible through the service drive just East of the intersection of Elston and Webster. Monday–Friday 9–6pm parking is available only in designated spots with Rebuilding Exchange signage. After 6pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends, customers can park in any spot in the lot, unless marked otherwise.
Dropping Off Donations
We welcome drop-offs, but please clear your donation in advance with Rebuilding Exchange staff, by calling (773) 252-2234 or emailing us at donate@rebuildingexchange.org. Drop-off donations are accepted Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 5:30pm and Sunday 10am - 3:30pm. Please use the loading dock door located on Webster Ave just west of the Metra viaduct.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The Rebuilding Exchange warehouse is located at 1740 West Webster and is open to the public 6 days a week.

- Monday CLOSED
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are permitted. (Appliances may be returned if not in working order within 7 days of purchase.)
Storage Policy
Rebuilding Exchange has a mission to keep building materials out of the landfill. We have limited space to host the range of activities and programs we offer. Any item purchased can be held at the warehouse for 7 days free of charge. Items left after 7 days will be donated back to Rebuilding Exchange and the sale will be voided, no refunds or exchanges are permitted, at that point.
