We seek a Deconstruction Supervisor who supports the implementation of our transitional employment workforce training curriculum and on site deconstruction services. The Deconstruction Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team (4-6) of trainees in their execution of tasks each day, coaching in deconstruction, and supporting technical skills development. The Deconstruction Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring proper safety procedures, care and inventory of all equipment, tracking all materials removed for reuse, and supporting the Program Director with relevant administrative tasks.
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position for 40 hours a week. Hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4:30pm. The Deconstruction Supervisor reports to the Director of Workforce Training.
