About the Instructors
Roshani and Rachna Sheth are the founders of Real Estate Legacy. Their real estate firm is client and lifestyle focused. They are known for their negotiating expertise and strong technology background. Their clients work with the same real estate broker throughout the process as part of the firm’s commitment to best represent their clients. There are no closing coordinators, assistants, or real estate team members.
Roshani has 13 years of experience in online real estate for consumers and businesses, bringing a high level of tech-savvy and focus on educating customers and clients. Her experiences include working for HomeFinder.com, where she specialized in property data and listing syndication across the country, Product Manager at the National Association of REALTORS, and as Real Estate Broker at @properties prior to opening up her firm in 2020. Roshani became a first time homebuyer at the age of 25. She lives in Chicago with her partner and two dogs, Honey and Diego. She is a former member of the Rebuilding Exchange Board of Directors and Auxiliary Board.
