There is a lot of great stained glass in the city of Chicago. In time, many of those pieces will encounter some damage. Big or small, one cracked piece or a total lack of structure, we will explore how to identify a window worth saving, what makes stained glass valuable, and how to maintain the gorgeous glass traditions this city is so proud of.
This class is a mix of demonstration and hands on.
Workshop Policies: Please review policies below before committing to a workshop.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you can’t make it to a class, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email workshops@rebuildingexchange.org with their name and email address.
If Rebuilding Exchange needs to cancel a workshop, we will notify you 24 hours before the class and give you the option of refund or reschedule.
We do not offer other refunds or transfers between classes.
LATECOMERS
If you arrive to a workshop later than 20 minutes after the stated start time, you will not be able to participate in the workshop.
We do not provide refunds to latecomers.
OTHER POLICIES
All workshops are 18+ unless otherwise specified; no woodworking experience necessary
Materials are included in the fee for the workshop
We are not able to accommodate last minute attendees. If a workshop is sold out, there are no open spots.
